We are the UK's leading charity for people on the autism spectrum and their families. Since 1962, we have been providing support, guidance and advice, as well as campaigning for improved rights, services and opportunities to help create a society that works for autistic people.
We stand with autistic children and young people, champion their rights and create opportunities.
The Curly Hair Project is a social enterprise that helps people on the autistic spectrum and the people around them, founded by autistic author Alis Rowe. We use cool things like animated films, comic strips and diagrams to make our work interesting and easy to understand!
KIDS support over 11,800 disabled children, young people and their families every year by delivering over 60 services throughout England.
We ensure disabled children from birth to 25 have the opportunity to learn, play, build friendships, gain confidence and improve their well-being and we provide vital time, emotional and practical support to parents and siblings.
At the Voyage Learning Campus, our mission is to enable all of our young people to achieve more than they believe is possible and to develop the skills needed to have choices to lead active, fulfilling lives. We try to achieve this by providing a safe, nurturing, holistic learning environment to support students to thrive personally and academically.
