About Me!

Hello! I’m Lauren. I’m autistic and have constantly battled with severe anxiety and low self-esteem. I graduated with a First Class Honours in Special Education and a MSc in Autism Studies. I have vast experience of mentoring, fundraising and public speaking. 

My vision is to create inclusive spaces for autistic people. I feel I am well placed to provide a platform by drawing upon my daily highs and lows of navigating this world from an autistic perspective. My calling is to support others who may be struggling to connect in a world which does not align with their unique wiring. Having been given a five percent survival rate at birth, I believe life is a gift. Happiness and authenticity is vital and this is my hope for all. 

I am passionate about travel, walking, writing, music, photography, Tai Chi, dance, colour and all things alternative education! I believe the mainstream way of life may not be benefitting all, especially teenagers who are muddling through, soul searching for their place in this world. I aim to guide others in being the best version of themselves as possible and finding fulfilment in their own time and in their own way.
